Product Warranty

Warranty Term and Conditions

  • Ace-Karaoke Tech (the Company) warrants that the product shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in the course of normal usage when purchased from authorized the Company dealers for the duration of the warranty.
  • The warranty will be rendered null and void in the event of:
    • 1.unauthorized alteration, modification of the item by personnel other than the Company.
    • 2.damaged by accident, abnormal power supply, misuse, fire, lightning, and any Act of God.
  • The Company will not be liable for any costs incurred to transport the item to and from the service centre and will not be responsible for any mishaps or loss of item during transportation.
  • The Company will not be liable for any:
    • 1. direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of the terms and conditions set in the warranty or under any other legal theory.
    • 2. loss of data, profits or goodwill; damage or destruction of any data, programs, equipment or other properties, cost of recovering, reprogramming or reproducing any data, programs or equipment; personal loss, injury or any other damages.

    All Products Warranty

    Shipping isurance for all products: all products have the shipping insure, Our product is shipped via air express which is door-to-door service. When you get the products, please wll check the package before asigning the package. If you found the package is damaged, please do not accept it and contact us. We'll contact the sihpping company for compensation and will make another delivery at once.

    Hard disk warranty:

    Normally, songs collection are stored in the hard disk, if the data lost is caused by the quality of the hard disk, please send back the hard disk to us. After our confirmation,we'll send a new disk with the songs collection you purchased. However, for your own songs stored in it, we are not responsible for it. So please carefully backup your own songs by yourself.

    All-in-one jukebox warranty:

    All-in-one karaoke machine has half a year warranty. The hard disk inside has three years warranty. If you have problem on the machine, please contact us first, after our confirmation, we'll offer you the proper solution on it.

    Decode board package :

    The decode board package has three months warranty. Since this package is for DIY funs. we are free responsibility from any personal fault action on it.

    Service Call System

  • The warranty for calling button of service call system is 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty for server of service call system is 1 year from the date of the purchase.
  • Return Term and Conditions

  • The customer has a chance to return the product and get money back if they dislike the product after purchase.
  • The time limit of refund for all product is 1 month from the date of purchase.
  • The refund will be void in the event of:
    • 1. unauthorized alteration, modification of the item by personnel other than the Company.
    • 2. damages by accident, abnormal power supply, misuse, fire, lightning, and any Act of God.
    • The Company will not be liable for any costs incurred to transport the item to and from the service centre and will not be responsible for any mishaps or loss of item during transportation.
    • There will be 20% restore charges for the refunded items.
  • Important Notice: The karaoke player with songs collection Or the promotion package and the package we offered at discount price could not be returned. For the karaoke player with songs collection, since we could not prevent customer copy songs from the machine and make backup for it, so the player with songs collection could not be returned. As well as the individual songs collection and song discs, they also could not returned.
  • Step of Return

  • Contact us and tell us the reason of return and get your RMA#.
  • Carefully re-pack your items in the original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND. Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items.
  • We are not responsible for damaged returns or items lost in transit. We urge you to insure your return shipment against loss or damage.
